1-2-1 CBT

Nail it in 90

Perhaps you aren’t ready or feel you don’t need a treatment plan but would appreciate a safe space to explore something that is on your mind. Then why not book a 90 minute session and utilise the skills of a CBT therapist such as empathy, compassion and socratic questioning to move forwards.
